If you had almost 200 dogs in poor health, living outside in freezing weather, & the place was a puppy mill, what might happen in a year’s time if you just added allot of people with love?
The Best Christmas Present This Year is a story, written by Big Sky Monte, about just that.
Oh yes, Monte is a Blue Heeler that lives in Montana. His dad is a vet so, Monte had the inside scoop on these dogs since his dad was called in to help.
Monte recalls the day it all started & how bad his family felt for all those dogs. But, don’t worry that the story will leave you sad. Near the bottom there is a link to an update of how many of the dogs are doing after being rescued 1 year ago.
