A tour boat captain in Florida has become a real life Captain Hook. Well, he doesn’t have a hook..yet.
Apparently on Tuesday May 12, 2012 a boat tour was out looking for gators and one jumped up out of the water and bit the Captains hand. No, I am not kidding, you can read it for yourself at Florida Alligator Eats Tour-Boat Captain’s Hand.
I know that alligators can jump out of the water, but not sure how high. I guess he jumped high enough to grab the guys hand.
If this happened some places I might think that the guy was hanging over with bait, however the tours in Florida are very strict about that. He could be in deep trouble for feeding gators. Then again, he it is found out that he was being stupid and feeding them…he has probably learned his lesson.
