In March of 2009 the United States lost their last known jaguar.
Macho B was euthanize due to renal failure.
The story surrounding the last bit of Macho B’s life seemed some what confusing. This jaguar had been trapped. The blame for trapping this wonderful animal was put onto a research technician, Janay Brun. But, why would this person just decide on their own to trap Macho B?
Arizona Game and Fish Department is still doing an investigation since more facts are coming to light.
Facts like a biologist working for AZGFD consorted with a biologist working for the Borderlands Jaguar Detection Project to cover up the real culprits behind the trapping of the jaguar.

It’s a real shame that some people will use their positions to order others to harmful things. Then they abuse that power to blame and cover up their stupidity.
