Most people dread getting a summons for jury duty many even try to avoid it at all cost.
I guess Boston, Massachusetts has changed up the way they do things. They must be tired of chasing people down to judge their peers. Now Boston is summoning cats for jury duty.
Meowza! Sal Esposito has got the call. Yes, Sal is a family cat & is to report for jury duty. Dang, what if the crime he is to sit in on is for animal abuse? That would be bad for the criminal (Sal will be giving 4 paws for the person to be euthanize). Maybe the guy on trial is a CAT burglar? MOL!
Sal’s service date at Suffolk Superior Court is set for March 23. If it were me…I’d take the cat down to the court house. I mean the owners did try to explain the problem but, the commissioner denied the request. What a dope! He/she needs to get their head out of the litter box!
