Why don't you. SPCA is fixing kittens as early as 6 weeks and pups as little as 8 weeks this will for sure cause permant mental retardation in the animal. That is the same as fixing a human at 42 weeks old. I was at the clark county meeting when they politicans passed that brillant law. I also heard the 40 plus vets tell them they were idiots but what do they know they only went to college for 10 years. Gee the politicans must be smarter from all of the drugs they are snorting. You would have to be on crack to think that new law is a good thing. It is the animals version of the HOLOCAUST. I say we fix the politicans and dumb ass like you so that they can not reproduce as punishment for the millions of animal victims they have caused pain to.
