I have owned dogs all my life, all male, and have NEVER have had them neutered. NONE of them have ever ended up in a shelter, and NONE of them have ever roamed the neighborhood, I have never bred them, and never had any problems with them. They were never in any shows, they were part of our family and very well trained. I don’t believe in having my dogs neutered, and never will. I think this is a very unfair law when you consider people like myself. It might fix the problem with backyard breeders and try to cut down on the shelter population, but it drags good citizens into it’s net as well that don’t deserve to be penalized for crimes they have nothing to do with. You are generalizing a crime and making the community as a whole pay for it.

You tell other people to educate themselves before blabbing about rights. Why don’t you. SPCA is fixing kittens as early as 6 weeks and pups as little as 8 weeks this will for sure cause permant mental retardation in the animal. That is the same as fixing a human at 42 weeks old. I was at the clark county meeting when they politicans passed that brillant law. I also heard the 40 plus vets tell them they were idiots but what do they know they only went to college for 10 years. Gee the politicans must be smarter from all of the drugs they are snorting. You would have to be on crack to think that new law is a good thing. It is the animals version of the HOLOCAUST. I say we fix the politicans and dumb ass like you so that they can not reproduce as punishment for the millions of animal victims they have caused pain to. Your a idiot go back to flipping burgers, check in with your parol officer he is looking for you and most impotantly SHUT UP ON SHIT YOU DO NOT HAVE A CLUE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your an idiot and a huge part of this problem. Have you ever been to a shelter? Have you volunteered your time to the thousands of animals that are picked up or dropped off each day? If you had the slightest idea you would stop talking about your rights and worry about the rights of the animals. In LasVegas alone over 140 dogs are placed in shelters EVERYDAY! They only keep about 300 dogs out in the adoption area. Where do the rest go? Take a wild guess! That happens because people like you want to breed your dog and create more puppies than the public can take in. Educate yourself before you start blabbing about rights.
