Santa Paws is comin to town, Santa Paws is comin to town….That’s right Santa Paws will kick off in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 20!
This is your chance to make sure some very wonderful animals have the Merriest Christmas ever!
I can assure you that all of the animals included in the Santa Paws drive have been very good this year. Yes, I have a direct line to the elves in charge of the Naughty or Nice list and they checked on all the animals in the rescues. All the critters got an A+ for nice, adorable, loves to snuggle, and giving of unconditional love. They are ready for Santa paws to visit, now we just need some humans to help load up Santa’s sleigh with goodies for them.

There are 6 rescues that are in need of a lil Christmas cheer and will be receiving the items you donate for Santa Paws. The rescues are….
Adopt a Rescue Pet
Noah’s Animal House
Nevada SPCA
Sin City Saint Rescue
German Shepherd Rescue Las Vegas
Las Vegas Valley Humane Society
You can drop off items at participating locations that are listed on the LVHDDCR site or you can mail (or PayPal) in monetary or gift card donations. If you mail in gift cards or make donations with PayPal you can either specify which rescue you would like your donation to go to or you can just have it go in the general drive fund which is split between all the rescues.
Now, I suggest that you get ready to grab your furry elf hat and make a shopping list of items you can pick up and drop off at the specified locations. These animals need all kinds of things from food – cleaning supplies. They have their Holiday Wish List on the site.
Why would I be so bold as to say this is something you really need to do? Hellooooo, are you sure YOUR name is on Santa’s Nice list? Santa loves animals and I bet helping out the critters in a rescue will earn you some “Nice” points.
