Many of you may have already seen the video below of 3 totally awesome animals that share a home. These aren’t the normal roommates that you may think of living together.
At the Noah’s Ark Animal Rehabilitation Center in Grove, Georgia there is a combo they call BLT. That is the short description for Bear, Lion, and Tiger. Yes, they all live in one enclosure. In the video you will get to meet Shere Khan, Baloo and Leo…Bet you can guess which animal has which name…if you are a fan of ‘The Jungle Book’.
These 3 were confiscated about 9 years ago as cubs when they were only about 2 months old. They were part of the property in a drug bust. That is when Noah’s Ark stepped in to house the animals. They thought it was best to to keep the animals together since they already were used to being housed as roommates.
Noah’s Ark takes in not only animals that have no home…they also help kids that have no home. You should go and visit their web site to see all of the wonderful things they are doing to help make the world a better place.
They also have a Facebook page for Noah’s Ark and one of their snazzy animals also has there own FB page. Evidence The Zebra has not had as much media attention considering he has to compete for attention with the BLT gang but, check out his FB page and you will instantly fall in love.
Evidence The Zebra has quite the personality…and he is dressed better than the other equines at the zoo.
