This week a Montana woman was honored for her activism. Because of her “never give up” attitude 200+ dogs are now safe, have food, water, and loving homes.
Kristen Wyatt went to see about buying a dog and realized that the breeder was not taking proper care of the animals. Instead of just saying “oh what a shame” she started looking for someone to help save the dogs.
She didn’t just make a call, get turned away, and quit….she kept calling numbers until she found someone to listen and take action.

We need more people like Kristen..people that will go out of their way to make that call..maybe make 2 calls a week for months if need be.
I bet knowing that she helped those dogs out of a bad situation was a great feeling. Pretty sure the families that adopted the dogs feel blessed to have a wonderful new furry family member.
If you know that an animal is being mistreated…make that call.
