I think more states should check this out. Then again, will the real puppy mills be found? Are they underground?
It seems like puppy mills have gotten away with breaking the laws forever. Sure many get caught but, we still keep reporting on more so, something isn’t working. I hope Washington State can get their enforcement right & put a real dent in bad breeders.
