In this day and age with Animals needing loving homes why are willing loving people getting turned away from adopting animals in Toronto Canada? This story is one of many I guess that allegedly has overtones of treating ready, able and loving families like criminals.
There seems to be an issue with senior management, most of the staff were unaware of these issues and really were wanting the animals to be adopted into good homes. This is a story that I have been following where the OSPCA did a raid and the people charged were to use donation monies to fund their defense instead of use the money for the welfare of the animals.
I do understand wanting to know if animals that are adopted are going to good homes and not just being used as bait dogs for dog fighters or something. But to deny an obvious loving family or in this case many loving families. Something is defiantly wrong.
